“If you want your children to be intelligent, read them fairy tales. If you want them to be more intelligent, read them more fairy tales.”
― Albert Einstein
“Fairy tales do not tell children the dragons exist. Children already know that dragons exist. Fairy tales tell children the dragons can be killed.”
― G.K. Chesterton
“Fear isn’t so difficult to understand. After all, weren’t we all frightened as children? Nothing has changed since Little Red Riding Hood faced the big bad wolf. What frightens us today is exactly the same sort of thing that frightened us yesterday. It’s just a different wolf.”
― Alfred Hitchcock
“Deeper meaning resides in the fairy tales told to me in my childhood than in the truth that is taught by life.”
― Friedrich von Schiller
“The magic of autumn has seized the countryside; now that the sun isn’t ripening anything it shines for the sake of the golden age; for the sake of Eden; to please the moon for all I know.” ― Elizabeth Coatsworth
Autumn is officially here!!!
Wish you a fantastic new season♥
Happy Sunday gorgeous, beautiful-disaster-777! I hope you have a very lazy, peaceful day! ♡
As I get older I increasingly find myself asking “What would Cary Grant do?” For me this man simply exudes style, sophistication, charm, charisma and class. His on screen presence was second to none and when he appears with Grace Kelly then their D/s dynamic is blatant. Plus the older he got the better he was; not bad for the unwanted, uneducated boy from Bristol!
Plus the man absolutely rocked a hat, never mind this silly fashion for men sporting beards the size of bushes, bring back the trilby and the fedora!
This! Yes this.
I HAVE NEVER HIT REBLOG SO FAST IN MY LIFE.
